Utilizing her natural gifts and incorporating all of her training and teaching abilities, Twila founded Inner Wisdom in 2001. She believes that all healing is ultimately from within… from the Inner Wisdom held inside each of us, body, mind, emotions, spirit, and soul.

Along her path, she began studying many truths of natural law through modalities, like the Silva Method™, Polarity Therapy, Myofascial Release™, The Melchizedek Method™, Bio-dynamic Craniosacral Therapy™, Sound Therapy & Music Healing utilizing tuning forks through Dr. John Beaulieu, later adding SomaEnergetics™, and Eric Pearle’s Reconnective Healing™ and The Reconnection™.

She is currently exploring the vibration and energetics of food through Dr. Robert O. Young’s research into the New Biology of alkalizing the body for increased health and energy. Twila is in fact working on becoming a pH Miracle and Signature Cell Healing!
